Job Summary
The Middle School Math Teacher will teach courses in Math at Thomas Metcalf School for Grades 5 & 6 Will also be participating and attending the Outdoor education program. This consists of assisting in facilitating our Outdoor Education program which includes spending the night in a campground setting with students and faculty.
Metcalf Laboratory School is a service unit of the College of Education of Illinois State University. It offers a comprehensive program of instruction for 400+ students in grades PreK-8. Metcalf is a caring community of life-long learners. Its mission is to act as a model for educational methods and theory in support of the preparation of future educators, conduct educational research, offer quality educational programs for children, and disseminate information to others in the educational profession.
Salary Rate / Pay Rate
$42,000 - $84,000

Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Professional Educator License with appropriate math endorsement

School hours, with occasional work beyond regular school hours
